We worked alongside the architectural team to blend the existing home and subsequent additions with the landscape. Doing so required extensive grade changes, the addition of tall, (15’) retaining walls, and managing stormwater runoff. We sited the pool, the Corten planter and stairs, designed a metal bridge to traverse the drainage swale, entry walls, the driveway courtyard, and outdoor kitchen.  While the house clearly suggests a more traditional garden design, the client has a penchant for modern design with strong, simple lines.
